退款政策

  • Applications for return or exchange shall be made within seven working days after acceptance (including the delivery date) to complete the transaction. In that case, we will not accept any application on product return or exchange, or be legally responsible for the products.
    如於收貨後7天內 (包括收貨當天)未有退換貨申請,是次交易視為已完成,本公司不再接受任何更換貨品或退款之申請,同時本公司毋須承擔任何法律上的責任。 
  • Under normal circumstances, we do not accept any product return or cancellation request.
    一般情況下,我們不接受任何產品退換或取消訂單的要求。
  • If the order has been submitted and paid, no refunds will be accepted. If you find any problems with the products, please email the order number, registered name and phone number to info@highsocietyskinclinic.com within 7 working days after receiving the products, and we will follow it up for you as soon as possible.
    如訂單已提交並付款,恕不接受退款。如發現貨品有任何問題,請於收貨後7個工作天內將訂單號碼、登記姓名和電話號碼一併電郵至 info@highsocietyskinclinic.com 與我們聯絡,我們將盡快為你跟進。
  • Packing should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange or refund.
    需更換之貨品必須連同完整包裝一併退回。
  • The product to be returned should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage.
    需退換之貨品必須沒有損壞,刮擦,污損或有任何水漬。
  • All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
    需更換之貨品必須與所有購買時所附送之贈品一併退回,否則我們將從退款中扣除該贈品的價值。
  • All requests for cancelling order will incur charges from the payment providers which is non-refundable.所有已確認訂單如需要取消,收款承辦商會收取手續費,該手續費將不能退回。
