Applications for return or exchange shall be made within seven working days after acceptance (including the delivery date) to complete the transaction. In that case, we will not accept any application on product return or exchange, or be legally responsible for the products.
Under normal circumstances, we do not accept any product return or cancellation request.
If the order has been submitted and paid, no refunds will be accepted. If you find any problems with the products, please email the order number, registered name and phone number to email@example.com within 7 working days after receiving the products, and we will follow it up for you as soon as possible.

Packing should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange or refund.
The product to be returned should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage.
All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
